  I would like add a new section for insert a new block test or elenc or images as a normal format Page, now It's possible Only on 4 column throgt the elements of the theme layout

  Copy the additional block of HTML ( https://pastebin.com/raw/zb7Z4pKV ) to paste under that file under which section you want to display it. Here I paste the additional HTML under the project/portfolio ( http://prntscr.com/q7g5sx)

  
  

  Install the Insert Html Snippet plugin and using it create your own HTML and for its respective copy the shortcode to replace the dummy shortcode from the previous pasted additional Block ( Screenshot )
