Disabling the magnifying glass on images in the Projects section and making images link

Hi - I am working on a site in Busiprof Pro for a client and have encountered a problem that I hope someone can help me solve.

I would very much like to disable the magnifying glass option on the images in the Projects section and instead make the images link to another page/site. This will give more sence on my client's particular site. Is this possible?

    Thanks for asking query to us . 
    Lets take step by step to remove magnify glass icon from image of project section . 
    Add the below css code inside the Appearance >> customizer >> Additional css box . 

    .thumbnail-showcase-overlay {
        display: none;
    }

    And for link the image another link  issue kindly create separate ticket .

    Magnifying function is now disabled. I will make a new ticket for the rest :)
