showing links on the Contact page

Hi,
I am editing my contact page and when i adding the <a> tags in the Description field, I can't seem to create the links. When i did the same thing on the Footer Callout settings page I was able to create links by using the <a> tags. 

How can i create links on the contact page using the Contact Information settings page?

    Hello 
    Thanks for contacting to us . 
    For this follow the given below instruction . 

    1 Find the customizer-template.php file located in your theme folder  functions folder >> customzier folder . 

    2  Open it and replace the code of it with the code mention in this link  . 


    Same for footer call out section . 
    1 Find the customizer-footer-callout.php file located in your theme folder >> functions folder >> customizer  folder . 

    2 Open it and replace the code of it with the code mention in this link .
