Contact Page template

Hi

Have added New page, selected the contact template, and configured my settings in appearance >> customise in terms of email address, address, tel number etc to appear on the page.

Only thing missing is the Contact form doesn't actually appear on the page, can't see anything in the theme documentation or having had a look on here as to why this might be happening.

Is it a plugin or something I'm missing?

Its working find at our end .

See the snapshot http://prntscr.com/cenfvw . Are you using any plugin ?

If yes then kindly deactivate all plugin one by one and check , your issue resolve or not .

see screenshot attached, where are the fields for the Contact form on my site, like the way they are in the Rambo theme demo on here? (also attached)
