How can I add the defined Tagline in the Header under the Site-Title (Logo) ?

Thanks for contacting us.
To do so, you need to create a child theme, For creating a child theme refers to this link.
Ignore if you have already created a child theme.
After it Creates a new file in the child theme with the name  header-logo-section.php  and edits it, then paste the code in it from this link https://pastebin.com/s2pPYt6c
Save the changes and activate your child theme.

But, nope... this is not a solution, this is bullshit.

WordPress is an absolutly nonsense CMS!

It makes more work as it helps... sorry I'm out ...

Can I get my money back? 59$ for it is to expansive ...

According to my knowledge wordpress is very good and easy to use and  in the word the large number of  website is based on worpdress.
