Change fonts

Hi,

I would like to change the fonts of my website. I chose two different fonts from google fonts, since I thought that was the easiest way. Where do I put the lines to change the fonts and where do i put the lines where the fonts can be downloaded?

I would love to have the h1-h6 in Pacifico in color #336D84 and all the others in Poppins #5E436D!
