Image slider

Hi,
in tablet devices all images in the slider image (in home page) are not displayed full size (there is always a black empty line). I already solved the problem with mobile devices adding a CSS customization.
I attach a picture to make it more clear.

Many Thanks.

  • Hi,
    the customization I made for mobile devices is the following.
    Many thanks

    @media only screen and (max-width: 480px) and (min-width: 200px) {

    .flexslider .slides img {
        height: 250px;
    }

    }

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) and (min-width: 480px) {
    .flexslider .slides img {
        height: 350px;
    }
    }
  • Hi, @lfossali

    For tablet devices use the given below custom CSS code.

     @media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) and (min-width: 767px) {
    .flexslider .slides img {
        height: 600px;
    }
    }

    Thanks
  • Hi Sohail,
    I added the CSS code but it doesn't work.
    Do I have to remove the previous code I added for mobile devices?

    Many Thanks
  • Hi

    I have checked your site that is working correctly please clear your browser cache and recheck your site.

    Thanks
  • Hi Sohail,
    I clear the browser cache but in iPad devices it is the same, there is still an empty line under images like in the screenshot I attached.

    Many thanks
  • Hi,
    just one image fill completely the box. Maybe do I have to change the images height?
  • Hi

    Make sure all the images for slider are of standard size 1600 * 750 . Another thing if your are using any cache/speed up plugin deactivate it for a while and check again after deleting browsers cache memory.

    Thanks

  • Hi Sohail,
    the most images size is not 1600*750 so this is probably the problem.

    Many thanks
