Help! Client says my site not mobile friendly

A client has informed me that my site does not show up well on his phone. It doesn't look right on ipad either.

I
purchased Wallstreet Pro because it is supposed to be mobile friendly.
Is there anything I need to do to make sure my site runs smoothly on all
platforms?

I tried to figure this out but
when I go to Categorize and look up AMP, I get the following
message:"AMP is not available for the page currently being previewed.

Navigate to an AMP compatible page"

Please help!

    Yes, I know it is supposed to be fully responsive, which is one of the biggest reasons why I purchased it. I was quite surprised to hear from a client that it looked wonky. I think my client was referring to the home page.

    I worked with WordPress people yesterday to fix this and it may be resolved. The engineer said it looked okay on his or her phone. It wasn't perfect on my ipad, separating the services in 2 + 1 below, but I can live with that, since if I switch from portrait to landscape it seems to correct itself.

    I do not have a cell phone, so can't check it myself.

    Add the below css code inside the custom css box. 
    Go to Appearance >> customizer >> header  setting >> custom css box .


    @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 960px) {
    .col-sm-6 {
        width: 100%;
    }
    }
