Hello,

Is it possible to reduce the space between the pages. See that red?

Would be nice if it is possible, then I can make the logo bigger.
If I make the logo bigger now it will be above the menu.

Other question: The text of the menu is bold. Can this be adjusted to normal?

Yes you can do this with the help of cusom css snippet. add this given below Css snippet in your theme custom css box 

.navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a {

    padding: 38px 8px;

   

}

Change the 8px value as your need.

The space between the menu was not the problem.

The problem was the bold menu text.
Want to change this to normal.

Just see that i have problems with the menu on mobile view.
