    Generally, we did not provide the refund after the one month from the purchase. If there is an issue from our side and in our product then sure we will refund your money. 

    We have seen your other support thread. You did not reply to our support team comment.  Please talk to our team and then if we are unable to resolve your query sure we will refund your money.

  • my business partner bought the pro version of busiprof when we already had bought it. this accidental duplicate purchase was made on the 15th and our original purchase was made on june 21. Can you please process refund for the purchase on the 15th of July. I can provide receipts if necessary, as a duplicate purchase was not intended.
