Sidebar Spacing

Hi,

I’ve used some custom css code to put a background colour in the sidebar widget but there’s a big space under the subscribe button at the very bottom.

What am I doing wrong?

.sidebar .widget {
border-bottom: 0px solid #addccc;
margin-bottom: 0%;
}

.sidebar .widget {
padding-top: 10px !important;
padding-left:10px !important;
padding-bottom:0px !important;
padding-right:10px !important;
}

.sidebar .widget {
background-color:#addccc
!important;
}

These images show the space at the top of the side bar and at the bottom.

I think it might be the Mail Chimp form but how do I reduce the space below the subscribe button?

  • Hi craigmckee

    Undo all your  above add custom css and add this new one

    .sidebar {
        background-color: #addccc !important;
    }

    Let me know did it work.

    Thanks
    A
  • No, that looks awful!  It's removed the spacing I added and made the space below the Subscribe button even bigger!
